Hello Team,

 

I’m working on the audience section to ensure it stays fresh and relevant. One thing I’m not fully clear on is how best to set the TTL.

 

If a user qualifies for a trait but doesn’t show interest again, how long should that trait remain active? I’m concerned that old data might keep people in audiences even when they’re no longer interested.

 

If anyone has faced similar cases in the past, please share how you managed this specially for time-sensitive campaigns.
