All of the scheduled Data Feed Jobs failed for me on 19 May 2025.I got to know from fellow data feed users from other org as well.Although, it was easy to re-run and fix it. (Send the data for that particular day again)But, is there an official statement about the root cause of this issue?

Curious question, is it possible to get a number of Visits between two conditions/events happen. Let's say the a user comes to the website through a campaign click-through and an eventual conversion that can happen n Visits from that.Now, ideally we can create a calculated metric to calculate an average number of visits to achieve a specific milestone. Oviously, I might be able to use Launch for this, but is there anything coming out of the box that could help answer this question?Cheers from Switzerland!

Hi Team,We’re currently implementing a strict Content Security Policy (CSP) in our web application, and we’ve encountered an issue where Adobe Analytics scripts are being blocked unless we add 'unsafe-eval' to the script-src directive.However, our security guidelines specifically aim to avoid 'unsafe-eval', so this is not a viable option for us.at.js 2.11.6

I'm trying to create an Email Open Rate metric and have it as a percentage.  This is what I've done so far but it's just showing it as decimals.  How can I get it to show the decimals as percentages e.g. June 2nd as 44% and not 0.44.  Thanks in advance 

Hi,We are using the Opt-in/Opt-out feature of AEP WebSDK, where the consent is stored in the kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent cookie at the domain level. However, we have cookie banners implemented at the subdomain level and even at the country-specific level, which is causing some challenges.For example, we have a cookie banner on www.xyz.com. After giving consent, the cookie kndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent=general=in is stored at the .xyz.com domain level. Now, if the user navigates to stg.xyz.com, the same consent cookie is used and server calls are triggered even though stg.xyz.com has a separate cookie banner because the domain is still .xyz.com.Another case is that we have different cookie banners based on countries, such as www.xyz.com/ie and 

I created the "Pages then Pages" segment, but why does it show only one page when I break it down by Pages after filtering by Visitor ID?From what I understand, since it's a journey involving two pages, there should be at least two page views, so this seems strange...What I wanted was to calculate the stay time for "Pages then Pages," but when I just look at the Visits, it only shows one page when broken down by Page, which seems odd.Also, could you explain the difference between Time Spent per Visit (seconds) and Average Time on Site?

I'm building a segment in Audience Manager. I would like to use existing traits, without recreating new ones with a shorter expiration time.How can I set a segment qualification rule so that it expires?My segment currently looks like this: (trait 1 OR trait 2) AND NOT (trait 3 OR trait 4) Trait 1 and 2 are qualification traits, like page URL contains xyz and user profile is abc. Trait 3 and 4 are exclusion traits, like form submission OR pop-up view. Qualifying for these conditions triggers a pop-up in the next pageview. Pop-up view is trait 4, so once a visitor sees the pop-up, they are out of the segment. Except for the pop-up one, the traits are all standard with a 120 days lifespan. My stakeholder would like the trigger of the pop-up to always happen at least on the second page view, never on the first. So, assuming a visitor qualifies for trait 1 OR 2 and ends the session, how do I adjust the segment so that they have to q

Good morning, fellow Marketo-ers.I am building a program to reach new customers who have opened an account with us. The program will send a welcome email to someone who became a new customer AND opened an account within 24-48 hours. The two filters I need to use are Person was Created and Client Since Date.As this program will look at data input from our daily API push to Marketo, what is the best way to apply yesterday’s date to the two filters I mentioned?Any help or advice is appreciated.

I am doing an audit of our forms for consolidation. I am trying to figure out how specific fields are performing and would love to know if there is a way to do that in Marketo. Basically I want to know how many times a field has been filled out on a form.

Hello! With our company's latest Marketo renewal, we've added the "Deliverability Tools" functionality to our account. Could someone please share best practices and instructions on using this? The only tutorial I've seen is this one, and it doesn't really show how to set it up to even get to that point.  FYI - when I click Deliverability Tools, it directs me to this page and here's the screenshot of what I am seeing. It looks like we still need to set up the first profile, which I have no idea yet how to do.

Hello,I've been trying to request traits by folder using BAAAM, using Mac OS. I am constantly presented with the error message: "Error while performing the requested action. Overflow."The folder I'm requesting from has at month 20 traits inside. I can create traits with no issue.Any help would be appreciated.
