How to Handle Expiry for Audience Segments?

Hello Team, I’m working on the audience section to ensure it stays fresh and relevant. One thing I’m not fully clear on is how best to set the TTL. If a user qualifies for a trait but doesn’t show interest again, how long should that trait remain active? I’m concerned that old data might keep people in audiences even when they’re no longer interested. If anyone has faced similar cases in the past, please share how you managed this specially for time-sensitive campaigns. Thanks in advance.

Cross Domain tracking when user have multiple redirections

Hi Team, Recently I have faced a issue regarding cross domain tracking when user click on login which is added as button without anchor tag href.I have implemented appendVisitorIDsTo method and it will works fine when you link is having href but when user click on button which will not have anchor tag and href in this case Implement a robust cross-domain tracking solution using Adobe Analytics (AppMeasurement.js) where tracking parameters are appended to button URLs through the backend system.This ensures consistent visitor identification across multiple domains. I have worked with back-end developer and added the AppMeasurement.js and VisitorAPI.js script on head section so that when user click on button it will appendVisitorID and set it on next redirection URL so that when user lands on page it will add the visitors id in landing page and visitor it will not get changed.With this solution visitor identity is maintained seamlessly across domains, improving attribution accuracy and en

How to add email sender/ subdomain in a CJA report?

Dear Community, The company I work for currently has several email senders configuered in Adobe AJO, this is due to the fact that we are a multibrand company, in addition to different communication purposes - invoicing messages are sent from financial subdomains, whereas CRM messages are sent from relationship subdomains; in addition, we also use AJO for HR internal communication with employees, using one subdomain, but three different email senders. This said, is there a way we can add the email sender and/or subdomains in CJA reporting? I am aware we can use derived field to perhaps achieve the same results, but having the sender/ subdomain in the data view would make life a way easier. I have checked both ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset and ajo_entity_dataset, but did not find any information about the email sender in them. Does anybody know how to add it in CJA?Thanks!

Hi, We have a client that currently has an Umbraco CMS for the site we manage and is becoming a marketo customer for other (newer) websites they are hosting using Adobe CMS. Umbraco lists Marketo as a potential integration but I cant find documentation on how it is done and how much you get out of it. Question around custom conversion events

Hey everyone! I hope you're all doing well. I'm relatively new to using Adobe Analytics, and I've run into a bit of a roadblock that I hope someone here can help me with. I've been tasked with setting up custom conversion events for our website to better understand user interactions and overall engagement. Specifically, I need to track when users complete a multi-step form submission process. I've heard that the 'success events' feature in Adobe Analytics can be really useful for this, but I'm not entirely sure how to set it up correctly.Here's the situation: our multi-step form includes several pages, and I want to be able to track not just the final form submission, but also when users reach certain key points within the form (like starting the form, reaching the halfway point, and completing it). A simple way to calculate Lead Scorelead score

Hey everyone!   I was taking out the trash this morning—that’s when I do my best thinking lol, and had a super quick idea on how to easily use our software for Lead Scoring. We have had requests before to add functionality for this to our product, but I think there’s already a quick and insightful way to get you there with your current implementation.   So, here’s what I’ve been thinking to solve this:   What if we use any actions users perform in your product and attribute a score to them. Example: every time a user logs in to your app, we give them 10 points. Whenever they activate a new feature in a trial, we give them 25.   There’s no standard way to create an overview based on ruling like this, but we can solve that using custom formulas:   [code]Count of ‘App opens’ * 10[code] Applying this formula and adding it to a custom report would give us a real-time count of accounts with the most opens and thus highest score. What does registration and login rate limit mean?Article

Have you or your users come across these error messages? validation.user_register.ratelimit or validation.user_login.ratelimit. This is due to our rate limiting feature being applied when specific users or actions exceed a defined limit. We've developed the following rate limits: Limit on failed registration: visitors from one IP cannot attempt more than 5 tries per hour when registering a user Limit on failed login: visitors from one IP cannot attempt more than 5 tries per hour when trying to login as a user You don't want this limit in your instance? No problem, just drop us a line at support@company.com and we can disable it for you. The phrase is not shown correctly? Hi!   So, you’re new to our software and are looking to start out quickly. Who would we be to not help you to get sorted as soon as possible!Here are the two most relevant reports for any company to build immediately!   1. A bar-chart!Bar charts are the lifeblood of board meetings, team meetings and decks shared within companies across the globe. It isn’t hard to see why, they provide a clear overview of how things are progressing in a certain timeframe, anyone can understand.   Here’s what a bar-chart would look like:   An example bar-chart   2. A line-graph! Line graphs again are almost as useful. Where readability becomes an issue for bar-charts when you try to add multiple properties, line-charts really don’t have that problem.
